Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden fees. The price of the package corresponds exactly to what you pay monthly (there will still be taxes to be added). Creating an advertising account is even free. 🤩
I don't plan to use the service this month, can I skip a payment?
Yes, it is possible to skip a payment for a period of one month. If you have chosen a 6-month or annual contract, the remaining period will be extended to the following month. Simply Contact support@lesaccolades.com To stop your services for the following month.
Your situation is turning sour, do you want to change our agreement?
With 2020, nothing surprises us anymore. 🙄 Contact your account manager or send an email to support@lesaccolades.com.
What if I take the 3-month package but want to continue for 12 months?
Your current package will be converted to the 12-month package and you will get a credit on the remaining months equivalent to the surpluses you previously spent.
For example, if you chose the 3-month package.
You paid $1122 per month for the first 3 months.
Conversely, the 12-month plan is $822.
You then paid an additional $300 x 3 months = $900.
This $900 will be reduced (like a discount) over the following 9 months.
This is a $100/month deduction for 9 months.
Thus, the package will cost $722/month for the next 9 months.
In the end, the amount paid will be the same as if you had chosen the 12-month package at the very beginning.
However, in the 13th month, if you still choose the 12-month plan, the amount will be restored to $822/month.
Choice of the 3-month service, but change to 12 months
👉 $1122 (3 months) - $822 (12 months) = +$300 x 3 months = $900 which will be deducted over the next 9 months
What if I take the 12-month plan but want to stop after 3 months?
For example, you choose a 12-month plan (value of $822/month), but you cancel the services after 3 months (value of $1122/month).
You will have to pay the difference of an additional $300 multiplied by the 3 months of use, so $600.
Choice of service of 12 months, but cancellation after 3 months :
👉 $822 (12 months) - $1122 (3 months) = -$300 x 3 months = $900 to be paid at the end of the term
Choice of service of 12 months, but cancellation after 6 months
👉 $822 (12 months) - $922 (6 months) = -$100 x 6 months = $600 to be paid at the end of the term
Choice of 6-month service, but cancellation after 3 months
👉 $922 (6 months) - $1122 (3 months) = -$200 x 3 months = $600 to be paid at the end of the term
If you have chosen the 12-month (or 6-month) package, you will have to pay the difference between the plans for the duration of the services.

What will be the proof that the trees are planted? 🤔
We give you a compensation certificate that attests to your CO2 compensation efforts with our partner Compensation CO2 Quebec. It includes the number of trees planted and the quantity of carbon that will be captured. The certificate shows a map of the location in addition to its GPS coordinates. So you will be able to see your trees get big.
